Had to come here today and wow,the dentist and his staff were beyond phenomenal!! Very sweet girls who never left my side and talked to me the entire time until I was put out.

Reception needs work. Didn't get good vibes and my wife didn't either. I guess 1 person was trying to make calls and 2 of the receptionists were loud and unprofessional. Hopefully if there's a next time,we will see new faces and by people who want to be kind. Also didn't respect pronouns which can be a nice law suit,luckily,I'm not that petty. There's a judgment day for a reason.

Overall,5 stars because the good outweighs the miniscule bad

Whether you suffer from severe dental anxiety or are nervous about a major procedure Dr. Joe and his surgical assistants understand your nervousness and put you entirely at ease. Even the front desk staff and the women answering the phones are incredibly patient accommodating and kind with every single call and paperwork step. They are an elite professional group who are fast efficient and deeply compassionate.

Very patient and kind. My son was extremely nervous, never has had an IV, the tech was extremely understanding and patient.

Breakwater is a safe place to go from someone that breaks down at the thought of going to the dentist for anything they took very good care of you I will say the waiting room was pretty hot and to get there earlier than usual for lots of paperwork otherwise I got my wisdom teeth removed and they had a difficult tooth to remove and did so nicely and the pain after wasn’t nothing Tylenol and ibuprofen could handle 4.8 can’t give dentist a full 5/5 it felt safe even with knowing what was going on
